Terapiq is a therapy tracking and documentation platform designed for therapists and clinics across multiple therapy disciplines. The Service provides tools for session recording, data collection, client management, and AI-assisted report generation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

4. Data Privacy & Security

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA where applicable. You must obtain appropriate consent from clients or their guardians before entering their information into the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to client data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service
• Upload malicious files or content

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate clinical reports and summaries. AI-generated content is provided as a draft and must be reviewed, edited, and approved by a licensed therapist before use. AI outputs do not constitute medical advice and should not replace professional clinical judgment.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to clinical decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
